The Dexter Demons softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Eunice Cardinals to 1 in the Demons non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Dexter moves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Demons host Portales (Portales, NM) to clash with the Rams in a non-league game on Saturday, March 25. The Rams come into the game with a record of 5-4. Portales won 10-6 in their recent non-league test against Loving (Loving, NM)

The Cardinals (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Loving (Loving, NM). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Loving was routed by Portales (Portales, NM), 10-6, in a non-league test.
