Texas High School Softball - Florence gets by Llano

The Florence Buffaloes got by the host Llano Yellowjackets softball squad by a count of 3-2 in Friday's league battle.

The Buffaloes (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Blanco (Blanco, TX). The Panthers go into the 3A Region I District 5 battle with a 15-5 record. In their last battle, Blanco nudged Comfort (Comfort, TX), 10-9, in a league battle.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to Brady for a 3A Region I District 5 battle on Tuesday, March 28. Llano will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 19-14 league win over Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-10.
