Gateway College Preparatory Gators (Georgetown, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Marble Falls Mustangs (Marble Falls, TX), 19-0 in a league challenge.

The Gators now own a 11-11 record. They take the field next when they host Lampasas for a 4A Region III District 24 challenge on Tuesday, March 28. Gateway College Preparatory will battle a Badgers squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Burnet (Burnet, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Marble Falls falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lago Vista (Lago Vista, TX) to battle the Vikings in a 4A Region III District 24 challenge on Monday, March 27. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 1-17. Lago Vista lost 19-4 in their recent league challenge against Jarrell (Jarrell, TX)
