North Carolina High School Softball - Jack Britt knocked off by Gray's Creek

March 24, 2023: Hope Mills, NC 28348

In Friday's league contest, the Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC), by a margin of 22-0.

With the triumph, Gray's Creek moves its record to 6-3 on the year. The Bears travel to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 25. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 3-2. North Raleigh Christian Academy lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC)

In their next game, the Buccaneers play the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A contest, on Tuesday, March 28. Jack Britt will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 9-1 record after their 2-1 league win over Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC).
