Skyline Spartans (Sammamish, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host North Creek Jaguars (Bothell, WA), 17-5 in a league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Redmond for a 4A KingCo challenge on Monday, March 27. Skyline will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-2 league loss to Issaquah (Issaquah, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, North Creek falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Eastlake (Sammamish, WA) to battle the Wolves in a 4A KingCo challenge on Monday, March 27. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Eastlake won 10-8 in their recent league challenge against Woodinville (Woodinville, WA)
