The Ponder Lions softball team (Ponder, TX), was routed 11-6 in Friday's league test with the visiting Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX)

Coming up next, the Bearcats encounter the Callisburg Wildcats (Gainesville, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 test, on Monday, March 27. Pilot Point will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 6-9 record after their 16-3 league loss to S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX).

The Lions (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Paradise (Paradise, TX). The Panthers come into the 3A Region II District 10 test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Paradise was routed by Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 10-0, in a league test.
