The Sweetwater Mustangs softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Snyder Tigers to 5 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Sweetwater improves its record to 5-7 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Big Spring (Big Spring, TX) to clash with the Steers in a 4A Region I District 5 game on Tuesday, March 28. The Steers come into the game with a record of 7-6. Big Spring won 14-1 in their recent league game against Lake View (San Angelo, TX)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Estacado Matadors (Lubbock, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 game, on Tuesday, March 28. Snyder will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Matadors come into the game with a 9-16 record after their 12-3 league loss to Levelland (Levelland, TX).
