Virginia High School Baseball - Clarke County defeats Rappahannock County

The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) and the host Rappahannock County (Washington, VA), saw Clarke County's baseball team gain a win over Rappahannock County by a tally of 13-6.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Falcons enter the Bull Run battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Central Woodstock held off Skyline (Front Royal, VA), 13-10, in a non-league battle.
Next, the face the Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 27. Rappahannock County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Red Devils enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Mathews (Mathews, VA).
