The Deer Park Stags baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting North Central Wolfpack to 1 in the Stags non-league win on Monday.
The Stags now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Valley for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 26. Deer Park will play a Knights team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Riverside (Chattaroy, WA). The Knights record now stands at 0-5.
With the defeat, North Central drops to 2-4 on the year. The Wolfpack travel to Clarkston (Clarkston, WA) to play the Bantams in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane test on Wednesday, March 26. The Bantams go into the test with a record of 2-5. Clarkston lost 12-8 in their recent league test against Pullman (Pullman, WA)
