In Monday's league challenge, the host Chico Panthers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Foothill Cougars.

The Panthers (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oroville (Oroville, CA). The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Oroville was nudged by Shasta (Redding, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA) in a Butte View challenge, on Monday, March 31. Foothill will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Oroville (Oroville, CA).
