Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Altoona edges State College

March 24, 2025: Altoona, PA 16602

The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA) and the visiting State College Little Lions (State College, PA), saw Altoona's baseball team gain a win over State College by a tally of 9-6.

The Mountain Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Mechanicsburg by Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA), 18-7, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Little Lions face the Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 26. State College will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
