The Chinle Wildcats baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Tuba City Warriors to 0 in the Wildcats league win on Monday.
The Wildcats now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ganado for a test on Wednesday, March 26. Chinle will play a Hornets team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Hornets record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Tuba City drops to 0-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Chinle (Chinle, AZ) to play the Wildcats in a test on Monday, April 14. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-5.
