In Monday's league challenge, the host Nevada Union Miners lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-10 triumph over the Lincoln Trojans.
The Miners (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Grant (Sacramento, CA). The Pacers go into the Capital Valley Conference - B challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Grant was edged by Lincoln (Stockton, CA), 16-3, in a league challenge.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) in a Capital Valley Conference - B challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Lincoln will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 5-2 league loss to Bear River (Grass Valley, CA).
