Next, the Cardinals play the Myrtle Hawks (Myrtle, MS) in a 1A Region 2 challenge, on Friday, March 28. Jumpertown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Pine Grove (Ripley, MS).

With the loss, Ashland moves to 0-3 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Pine Grove (Ripley, MS) to confront the Panthers in a 1A Region 2 battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 9-9. Pine Grove lost 7-1 in their recent non-league battle against Walnut (Walnut, MS)
