In Monday's non-league match, the visiting King Academy Knights softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans.
The Knights (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Ridge Spring-Monetta (Monetta, SC). The Trojans come into the non-league match with a 1-5 record.
In their next game, the Trojans confront the Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans (Neeses, SC) in a A Region 3 match, on Tuesday, March 25.
