The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA) and the host Lakeside Warriors (Sibley, LA), observed Ouachita Christian's softball team get by Lakeside by a tally of 8-1.

The Eagles (7-9) will now prepare for their bout against Delhi Charter (Delhi, LA). The Gators go into the 1A District 4 bout with a 8-7 record. In their last bout, Delhi Charter was routed by Summerfield (Summerfield, LA), 11-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Weston Wolves (Jonesboro, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 27. Lakeside will attempt to advance on its 19-5 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 13-11 non-league loss to Minden (Minden, LA).
