The Perrin-Whitt Pirates softball team scored 23 runs and held the visiting Saint Jo Panthers to 13 in the Pirates league win on Monday.

The Pirates now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Jo for a 1A Region II District 10 battle on Thursday, April 3.

With the loss, Saint Jo moves to 1-7 on the season. The Panthers travel to Bryson (Bryson, TX) to confront the Cowboys in a 2A Region II District 10 battle on Friday, March 28. The Cowboys come into the battle with a record of 0-7. Bryson lost 22-6 in their recent league battle against Perrin-Whitt (Perrin, TX)
