California High School Baseball - Fresno edges Sanger West

March 24, 2026: Fresno, CA 93704

The crowd at Tuesday's league contest between the Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Sanger West Hornets (Fresno, CA), observed Fresno's baseball squad overcome Sanger West by a final score of 6-3.

With the triumph, Fresno moves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Edison (Fresno, CA) to confront the Tigers in a County/Metro contest on Thursday, March 26. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 10-1. Edison won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Hoover (Fresno, CA)

Next, the Hornets face the Immanuel Eagles (Reedley, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 28. Sanger West will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 8-3 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA).
