Alabama High School Softball - Brewbaker Tech edged by Pike Road

Pike Road Patriots (Pike Road, AL) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Brewbaker Tech Rams (Montgomery, AL), 9-8 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Pike Road improves its record to 13-5 on the year. The Patriots travel to Rehobeth (Dothan, AL) to play the Rebels in a 6A Area 3 match on Thursday, March 26. The Rebels come into the match with a record of 9-10. Rehobeth won 8-3 in their recent non-league match against Wicksburg (Newton, AL)

In their next game, the Rams battle the American Christian Academy Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 27. Brewbaker Tech will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Patriots come into the match with a 12-8 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL).
