Utah High School Softball - Pine View sneaks past Cedar

March 24, 2026: St. George, UT 84790

In Tuesday's league game, the host Pine View Panthers softball squad scored a close 14-13 triumph over the Cedar Reds.

With the triumph, Pine View improves its record to 3-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to Moapa Valley (Overton, NV) to play the Pirates in a non-league game on Thursday, March 26. The Pirates enter the game with a record of 6-4. Moapa Valley lost 15-3 in their recent non-league game against Lincoln County (Panaca, NV)

The Reds now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Pine View for a 4A Region 9 game on Friday, March 27. Cedar will confront a Panthers team coming off a 14-13 league win over Cedar (Cedar City, UT). The Panthers record now stands at 3-10.
