California High School Baseball - Serra loses to Bellarmine College Prep

The Serra Padres baseball team (San Mateo, CA), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Bellarmine College Prep Bells (San Jose, CA)

The Bells now hold a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Mitty for a West Catholic outing on Saturday, March 26. Bellarmine College Prep will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 13-1 league win over St. Ignatius (San Francisco, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 8-1.

Next, the Padres confront the Archbishop Riordan Crusaders (San Francisco, CA) in a West Catholic outing, on Saturday, March 26. Serra will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Crusaders go into the outing with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA).
