Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Cave Spring upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Knights host Salem (Salem, VA) to battle the Spartans in a River Ridge test on Tuesday, April 5. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 4-1.

With the defeat, Blacksburg falls to 0-2 on the season. The Bruins travel to Franklin County (Winchester, TN) to battle the Rebels in a non-league test on Monday, March 28. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 2-2.
