The Cedartown Bulldogs baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Northwest Whitfield Bruins to 0 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs (11-6) will now prepare for their match against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons go into the AAAA Region 7 match with a 11-6 record. In their last match, Pickens was overwhelmed by Heritage (Ringgold, GA), 6-4, in a league match.
The Bruins (8-9) will now prepare for their match against Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA). The Raiders go into the AAAA Region 7 match with a 3-16 record. In their last match, Southeast Whitfield County was overwhelmed by Central (Carrollton, GA), 12-1, in a league match.
