The Chapel Hill Panthers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting North Springs Spartans to 7 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers (7-9) will now prepare for their match against Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Wildcats go into the AAAAA Region 6 match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Villa Rica tipped Lithia Springs (Lithia Springs, GA), 16-1, in a league match.
The Spartans (14-4) will now prepare for their match against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Wolves go into the non-league match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Wesleyan tipped Brookstone (Columbus, GA), 16-2, in a non-league match.
