The Rivera Huskies baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Hawkins Hawks to 5 in the Huskies non-league victory on Friday.
The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their match against West Adams (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers go into the Exposition match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, West Adams was overwhelmed by Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
The Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars go into the Imperial match with a 0-0 record.
