North Carolina High School Baseball - North Henderson loses to Franklin

The Franklin Panthers the visiting North Henderson Knights baseball team by a count of 8-5 in Friday's league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Smoky Mountain for a Mountain Seven 3A bout on Tuesday, March 29. Franklin will face a Mustangs team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-5.

Next, the Knights face the East Henderson Eagles (East Flat Rock, NC) in a Mountain Seven 3A bout, on Tuesday, March 29. North Henderson will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC).
