In Friday's league game, the host Salem Sundevils baseball team scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Green Run Stallions.
The Sundevils (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA). The Knights go into the Beach match with a 2-2 record.
The Stallions (1-4) will now prepare for their match against First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA). The Patriots go into the Beach match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, First Colonial edged Cox (Virginia Beach, VA), 3-2, in a league match.
