The Richardson Eagles baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Irving Tigers to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Mustangs go into the 6A Region I District 7 match with a 10-3 record.
The Tigers (0-12) will now prepare for their match against Nimitz (Irving, TX). The Vikings go into the 6A Region I District 7 match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Nimitz was overwhelmed by Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX), 10-3, in a non-league match.
