In Friday's league battle, the visiting York Cougars soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the South Pointe Stallions.
The Cougars (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Warriors come into the battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Indian Land nudged Lancaster (Lancaster, SC), 9-0, in a league battle.
The Stallions (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Copperheads come into the battle with a 2-2 record.
