The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) and the host Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC), saw Cuthbertson's lacrosse team gain a win over Providence by a margin of 10-8.

The Cavaliers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Warriors enter the Southern Carolina/Rocky River challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Weddington edged Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 21-17, in a league challenge.

The Panthers (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Mooresville nudged Independence (Charlotte, NC), 15-9, in a non-league game.
