The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Monte Vista Christian Mustangs (Watsonville, CA) and the visiting Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA), saw Monte Vista Christian's lacrosse team achieve victory over Salinas by a margin of 12-8.
The Mustangs (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carmel (Carmel, CA). The Padres enter the PCAL challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Carmel edged Notre Dame (Salinas, CA), 18-11, in a non-league challenge.
