Grovetown Warriors (Grovetown, GA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA), 10-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Greenbrier Wolfpack (Evans, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 29. Grovetown will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Wolfpack enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Loganville (Loganville, GA).
The Tigers now have a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rockdale County for a AAAAAA Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 29. Alcovy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Evans (Evans, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-9.
