Bob Jones Patriots (Madison, AL) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Westminster Christian Wildcats (Huntsville, AL), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) in a 7A Area 8 challenge, on Monday, April 4. Bob Jones will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record.
The Wildcats now possess a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Madison County for a 4A-5A Area 15 challenge on Monday, March 28. Westminster Christian will confront a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league win over Lee (Huntsville, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-4.
