Arizona High School Baseball - Blue Ridge loses to Payson

The Payson Longhorns crushed the host Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets baseball team by a tally of 11-3 in Friday's league bout.

The Longhorns now hold a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Show Low for a bout on Monday, March 28. Payson will face a Cougars team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.

Next, the Yellow Jackets face the Holbrook Roadrunners (Holbrook, AZ) in a bout, on Wednesday, March 30. Blue Ridge will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Roadrunners enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 6-0 league win over Show Low (Show Low, AZ).
