The Apex Cougars lacrosse team scored 15 points and limited the host Green Hope Falcons to 5 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts enter the Southwest Wake game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Panther Creek was overwhelmed by Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC), 23-0, in a league game.
The Falcons (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Patriots enter the Southwest Wake game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Apex Friendship was overwhelmed by Green Level (Cary, NC), 11-9, in a league game.
