Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Cary Imps (Cary, NC), 20-1 in a league battle.

The Mustangs now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cardinal Gibbons for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 26. Middle Creek will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 16-6 league win over Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-2.

In their next game, the Imps clash with the Green Level Gators (Cary, NC) in a Southwest Wake battle, on Tuesday, March 29. Cary will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Gators come into the battle with a 7-2 record after their 11-9 league win over Apex Friendship (Apex, NC).
