The Mayfield Trojans softball team (Las Cruces, NM), was routed 10-6 in Friday's league test with the visiting Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM)
Coming up next, the Tigers encounter the Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) in a 5A District 3 test, on Tuesday, March 29. Alamogordo will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 10-3 record after their 6-4 league win over Gadsden (Anthony, NM).
The Trojans (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks come into the 5A District 3 test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Centennial was routed by Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM), 6-4, in a league test.
