The George Washington Patriots softball team (Charleston, WV), was routed 10-2 in Friday's league test with the visiting South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV)
Coming up next, the Black Eagles encounter the Tug Valley Panthers (Williamson, WV) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 28. South Charleston will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Sherman (Seth, WV).
The Patriots (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Knights come into the Mountain State test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Cabell Midland was routed by Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV), 10-7, in a league test.
