North Carolina High School Softball - Swain County felled by Hiwassee Dam

In Friday's league outing, the host Hiwassee Dam Eagles softball team scored a nice 17-0 win over the Swain County Maroon Devils.

Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A outing, on Thursday, March 31. Hiwassee Dam will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record.

The Maroon Devils (0-6) will now prepare for their outing against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Black Knights enter the Smoky Mountain 1A outing with a 5-1 record.
