Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS) and the visiting Puckett Wolves (Puckett, MS), witnessed Pisgah's softball squad tip Puckett by a count of 3-1.

The Dragons now sport a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Scott Central for a 2A Region 6 match on Monday, March 28. Pisgah will face a Rebels squad coming off a 18-2 league loss to Pisgah (Sandhill, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Puckett moves to 8-4 on the season. The Wolves travel to Stringer (Stringer, MS) to face the Red Devils in a 2A Region 8 match on Monday, March 28. The Red Devils go into the match with a record of 13-4. Stringer won 9-4 in their recent non-league match against Bay Springs (Bay Springs, MS)
