The South County Stallions the host Woodson Cavaliers softball squad by a final score of 12-10 in Friday's league battle.

The Stallions (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams go into the Patriot battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Robinson held off West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 11-0, in a league battle.

The Cavaliers now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host West Springfield for a Patriot battle on Tuesday, March 29. Woodson will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
