The Milford Bulldogs crushed the visiting Aquilla Cougars baseball team by a count of 12-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kopperl for a 1A Region II District 15 bout on Tuesday, March 28. Milford will face a Eagles team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.
Next, the Cougars face the Oglesby Tigers (Oglesby, TX) in a 1A Region II District 14 bout, on Tuesday, March 28. Aquilla will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 13-3 league loss to Jonesboro (Jonesboro, TX).
