The Socorro Warriors baseball team (Socorro, NM), was overwhelmed 17-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM)
The Spartans now hold a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hope Christian for a 4A District 6 outing on Tuesday, March 28. Bernalillo will confront a Huskies team coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Belen (Belen, NM). The Huskies record now stands at 7-3.
Next, the Warriors confront the Bosque Bobcats (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 31. Socorro will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Taos (Taos, NM).
