The Kinder Yellowjackets baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Jennings Bulldogs to 1 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Saturday.
The Yellowjackets (15-4) will now prepare for their match against Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 11-4 record. In their last match, Eunice gained a win over Crowley (Crowley, LA), 16-2, in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (9-6) will now prepare for their match against South Beauregard (Longville, LA). The Knights go into the 3A District 4 match with a 17-4 record. In their last match, South Beauregard was overwhelmed by Iowa (Iowa, LA), 2-1, in a league match.
