California High School Baseball - Katella defeats Segerstrom

Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Katella Knights (Anaheim, CA) and the host Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA), saw Katella's baseball squad knock off Segerstrom by a count of 6-1.

Coming up next, the Knights play the Columbia Wildcats (Nampa, ID) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 27. Katella will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 7-0 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA).

The Jaguars now possess a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ocean View for a Golden West battle on Tuesday, March 28. Segerstrom will play a Seahawks squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Godinez Fundamental (Santa Ana, CA). The Seahawks record now stands at 9-6.
