In Saturday's non-league contest, the Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Cary Imps (Cary, NC), by a count of 7-1.
Coming up next, the Pirates confront the Northern Durham Knights (Durham, NC) in a DAC-VII/Northern Lakes Athletic contest, on Tuesday, April 4. Riverside-Durham will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Watauga (Boone, NC).
The Imps now own a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host Green Level for a Southwest Wake contest on Tuesday, March 28. Cary will confront a Gators squad coming off a 16-10 league win over Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Gators record now stands at 10-1.
