Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Sierra Sage Academy/ROP Rams (Yerington, NV), 20-2 in a league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whittell for a 1A Northern challenge on Tuesday, March 28. Coleville will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Sierra Sage Academy/ROP falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Virginia City (Virginia City, NV) to battle the Muckers in a 1A Northern challenge on Tuesday, March 28. The Muckers enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Virginia City lost 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Sparks (Sparks, NV)
