With the triumph, University Prep improves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Panthers host Anderson (Anderson, CA) to clash with the Cubs in a Northern game on Tuesday, March 28. The Cubs come into the game with a record of 5-4. Anderson lost 13-2 in their recent non-league game against North Bend (North Bend, OR)

In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Pleasant Grove Eagles (Elk Grove, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 31. Las Plumas will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
