The Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors the host Southland Academy Raiders baseball team by a count of 5-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Citizens Christian Academy for a GIAA AA District 3 bout on Friday, March 29. Southwest Georgia Academy will face a Patriots team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 9-5.
Next, the Raiders face the Deerfield-Windsor Knights (Albany, GA) in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 3 bout, on Tuesday, March 26. Southland Academy will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 2-8 record after their 6-2 league loss to Valwood (Valdosta, GA).
