The Newberry Bulldogs soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host Saluda Tigers to 1 in the Bulldogs league victory on Monday.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC) in a AA Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, March 26. Newberry will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC).

The Tigers now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ninety Six for a AA Region 2 contest on Tuesday, April 9.
